Llyods TSB failed miserably today. Bless them. when I have the time, I will go in branch and see if I can see the Bank Manager and tell him LLoydsTSB are rubbish……………..

Not sure where to put this, so Admin feel free to move it to a more appropriate place.
We are intending to drive down France to Corsica. Has anybody any advice on ferry crossings, as there seem to be quite a few. We do not mind crossing into Italy to get a ferry from there
We are also looking for campsites, not the Naturist ones on the east coast of Corsica.
The whole trip will be pencilled in for about a month, but how long is a piece of string when you are retired!
Any advice would be much appreciated.

My poor cat is 21 years old . Very thin, not very good eye sight and is deaf. Her fur is not very good because she can’t groom herself. Otherwise she is fine. She eats well. Too well. We have to feed her 3 times a day. But she is still thin.
My son used to look after her for us to go away. But he has moved out into his own home. He has still had her for us. But is unable to this year. We can’t arrange any holidays this year due to the cat.
So I thought this is silly she can go in kennels for a few days then just a week later in the summer.
I am still working full time but my OH has been retired for a few years. I need a holiday. And would like to go away.
I rang a kennel they said they will take her dispite her age. ( a lot wont ) but she needs to be vaccinated . Ok so I rang the vet.
£46 but however she needs to have 2 injections because she hasn’t had them before or not for many years. . Poor cat this is a lot to put her through. What should I do .? I thought we could go for 4 days then in July for 4 days then later in August just a week.
Apart from the cost should I go ahead and arrange for her to have this.
It seems so cruel.

We have gone and treated ourselves to a new towcar, we now have a 55 plate BMW X5, 3litre automatic.
We are so pleased with it and can’t wait till next weekend to have a first tow with it
